Feeling burnout covers all areas of your well-being, directly linked to proper sleep. During sleep your body works to support healthy brain functions and maintains your physical and emotional health, repairing everything that has happened during the day.

HOW TO AVOID BURNOUT

Avoiding burnout is important and involves working on your physical, emotional and mental health. Prioritize sleep and ensure you are getting at least 7 hours of sleep every night. Be open with yourself and prioritize your work in a way that makes your time less stressful. It’s important to talk to someone if you start to feel any of the symptoms of being burnt out.
